The Life & Times: Words
I wouldn’t have traded my upbringing for anything in the world. My small town of New Liskeard was perfect. Don’t let that fool you though because I am a city mouse now that school, life, and opportunity has brought me to Toronto. I graduated from the University of Waterloo in 2002 and have had diverse experiences in health care and professional Christian ministry since, with a little traveling along the way. I’ve now embarked on a peacefilled journey - a beautiful mix of faith and science - (unfortunately with lots of homework) in the world of Naturopathic Medicine.
I love those in my life deeply, both friends and family. I wear my heart on my sleeve and I’ve been told I have an infectious optimism and fresh outlook on life. I think these are all products of a living, breathing faith and a community that shares and encourages love and truly putting others first.
Interesting facts:
When my first car died, I had it cut in half and made it into a couch.
If I drink milk, I could die.
If I could be anywhere in the world - the sun would be shining and I’d be making fresh tracks snowboarding!
